You have suggested some great ideas! I like having the edit on the bottom of the section however maybe we can make that configurable.

comments per section could be neat but at this point I don't know how we would build that.

The state of the comment section is broken on the ChaosTheory theme only, not broken with the default theme. Problem noted.
